About The Business

We are seeking a Manager to join our Modelling & Risk Advisory team within Audit & Assurance.

This role sits at the intersection of financial advisory, quantitative modelling, and AI-enabled transformation, supporting clients in enhancing the robustness, transparency, and governance of their financial and risk models.

The role covers a broad spectrum of services including valuation, risk analytics, model validation, and model audit, with increasing integration of AI-driven tools to improve delivery quality and efficiency. The candidate is expected to lead engagements, ensure technical excellence, and contribute to the evolution of next-generation, AI-enabled assurance methodologies.

Work you'll do

Key Responsibilities

• Quantitative Analysis & Modelling Support
• Support engagements involving:
• Financial modelling and valuation analysis
• Risk model analysis and testing
• Model validation and documentation review
• Assist in assessing model logic, inputs, and outputs
• Model Validation & Audit Support
• Perform testing procedures on models (e.g., back-testing, sensitivity analysis, benchmarking)
• Review model documentation for completeness and consistency
• Support audit teams with modelling-related procedures and working papers
• AI-assisted Delivery
• Apply AI tools to support data extraction, analysis, and documentation drafting
• Assist in building and refining AI-assisted workflows (e.g., prompt-based analysis, automation scripts)
• Contribute to internal initiatives on AI-enabled assurance
• Research & Documentation
• Conduct industry and market research to support modelling assumptions
• Prepare structured, auditable working papers and reports
• Ensure clarity, traceability, and consistency of outputs
• Team Collaboration
• Work closely with Managers and team members to deliver high-quality outputs
• Proactively communicate issues, findings, and progress

We are looking for someone with

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Financial Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields
  
  

Experience

• 2–4/5 years of relevant experience in valuation, modelling, or risk analysis
• Experience in consulting, financial institutions, or audit support is preferred Technical Skills
• Basic understanding of financial modelling and valuation concepts
• Familiarity with risk models or quantitative analysis is a plus
• Proficiency in Excel; Python or similar tools preferred
• Exposure to AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, automation tools)

• Experience using AI to improve workflow efficiency or analysis quality
• Progress toward CFA, FRM, CPA or similar qualifications Key Competencies
